  • Scan the network to see what devices are connected and their operating details.

 

2…Consult

  • We talk to all the staff that have a computer. (Well, a lot of them)
  • Business processes become real only when we know what staff do on a daily basis and the tools, software & hardware they use.
  • We talk to the owners/managers and find what is working and not working for them.
  • We look at what the client is currently paying for their IT Services.

 

3…Present

  • Provide you with a service proposal based on your business goals, budget, current and near future needs.
  • Identify issues that need to be corrected before we move to step 4.
  • Develop an understanding of you and your business so we can provide meaningful support and direction.

 

4…Optimize

  • We thoroughly map and document your computer network.
  • Make changes if necessary so we can support it efficiently and effectively.

 

5…Manage, Monitor & Support

  • We install all out supporting software systems, Remote Management & Monitoring (RMM), Network Monitoring, Anti-virus, Ransomware detection, Backup, etc monitoring tools and take over responsibility for managing your network infrastructure.
  • Provide users with the Email, Phone & Link to contact our Support Center or submit a Help Desk ticket.
